The short version: NotedPin is a free tool to help you save, organise, and share links. Use it honestly, don't abuse it, and we'll keep building it for you. If you have questions, just ask.
By creating an account or using NotedPin (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time — if we make material changes, we'll let you know via email or a notice within the app.
NotedPin is a knowledge-management web application that lets users save links ("Pins"), organise them into collections ("Boards"), track their progress through saved content, and share boards publicly via a link.
The Service is provided by NotedPin ("we", "us", or "our"). We operate globally and the Service is intended for personal and professional use by individuals aged 13 and older.
To access most features, you'll need to register with a valid email address and create a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that use false information.
Each person may maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
You agree to use NotedPin only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account that violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
You retain full ownership of the content you save in NotedPin — your Pins, Boards, and any notes you add. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
By using the Service, you grant NotedPin a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We will never sell your content to third parties.
When you choose to share a Board via a public link, you are making that content accessible to anyone with the link. You are solely responsible for the content you share publicly. We may remove publicly shared content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
NotedPin allows you to save links to third-party content. We do not host or control that content. Saving a link does not grant you any rights to the underlying content beyond what is already available on the original site.
The NotedPin name, logo, product design, and all associated code, text, graphics, and interfaces are the intellectual property of NotedPin and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
NotedPin is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features or plans in the future — if we do, free features will be clearly distinguished, and you will never be unexpectedly charged.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or experience unexpected outages. We will not be liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from these events.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NotedPin disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotedPin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or profits — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or £50 if no payment has been made).
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, without notice and without liability to you.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. As NotedPin operates globally, we will endeavour to resolve disputes amicably in the first instance. If you have a concern, please contact us before pursuing any formal action.
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via email if the changes are material. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
